This strategy needs to be adopted by businesses who want to improve their digital marketing efforts. SEO conversions are up for this reason and smart owners and managers are adapting to it. However, you need to do more than just focus on keyword selection. Content including blogs and videos that answer these questions will be valuable as well and help generate new traffic and potential business.   

Spend some time writing down questions your customers usually ask and add them to your FAQ and other content efforts. Even posting on social media and asking people what questions they usually have can help you get more insight into what topics you need to cover. This helps create content that is not only great for building brand loyalty, but increases engagement as consumers tend to spend more time reading and watching informational content than they do promotional.
